CrewPledge

CrewPledge helps people build real community by turning “we should hang out” into small, repeatable commitments. Users create or join local micro-crews (3–8 people) around a simple cadence: weekly walk, monthly potluck, coworking hour, pickup game, museum day. The app focuses on attendance reliability: members pledge to show up, set a backup plan, and confirm 24 hours before. A lightweight reputation score rewards consistency without becoming a popularity contest. CrewPledge also includes a “newcomer lane” that pairs new residents with existing crews that have open seats, plus templates for hosts so planning doesn’t burn anyone out. It’s intentionally not a feed-driven social network; it’s a coordination and accountability tool for offline belonging, with clear boundaries and low noise. Monetization: $6–$10/month for premium scheduling tools, venue perks, and crew management; free tier supports basic crews.
