CrewSync

CrewSync is a mobile + web app for assigning and confirming referees across youth and amateur leagues without the usual chaos of texts, spreadsheets, and last-minute scrambling. It focuses on the unglamorous but expensive problem: ref availability, confirmations, and replacements. Assignors publish games, officials set availability in seconds, and the system auto-suggests the best-fit crew based on certification level, proximity, rest windows, and past reliability. Built-in one-tap confirmations, automated reminders, and a “backup pool” feature reduce game-day cancellations. After each match, coaches/assignors can log incident notes and professionalism ratings (kept private to administrators) to improve future assignments. This is not trying to teach rules; it’s trying to make sure games actually have qualified officials on the field.
