Players set weekly availability, captains build squads with role balance (batters, bowlers, keeper), and the app auto-generates a shareable match card with time, venue, kit checklist, and carpool needs. It also tracks “no-show” and late-cancel patterns so captains can pick reliable squads (with clear, fair visibility rules). Payments are built-in for match fees and fines, with automatic reminders and a simple ledger for the treasurer. This is not a stats or scoring app; it’s operations. The goal is fewer last-minute dropouts, fewer selection arguments, and less admin. Monetization: team subscriptions (e.g., $8–$15/team/month) with optional payment processing fees.
