CrisisBridge
CrisisBridge is a web + mobile app for colleges to manage high-risk student support requests (mental health concerns, housing insecurity, Title IX-related referrals, self-harm flags) with structured triage and documented handoffs. Students can submit a short, guided intake that routes to the right office based on urgency, hours, and scope, while staff see a unified queue with SLAs, escalation rules, and audit trails. The app doesn’t pretend to replace counselors; it reduces the operational mess: missed emails, unclear ownership, and delayed follow-ups. Built-in templates help staff respond consistently and capture required notes without turning everything into a clunky case-management system. It integrates with campus identity (SSO) and can optionally accept anonymous tips where policy allows. The goal is simple: shorten time-to-first-response and ensure no critical case falls through the cracks.
