CrisisCard
CrisisCard is a mobile + web app that turns a person’s psychosis relapse plan into something actually usable in the moment. Users (with a clinician, case manager, or trusted supporter) build a short, structured plan: early warning signs, what helps, what makes it worse, preferred hospital, meds/allergies, de-escalation steps, and consented emergency contacts. The app supports “low-cognition mode” with big buttons and minimal text, plus an offline, lock-screen accessible card and a printable PDF for wallets. Supporters get a read-only view and a checklist for what to do (and what not to do) during escalating symptoms. It also logs key events (sleep disruption, missed appointments, stressors) without trying to diagnose. This is not therapy and not a symptom diary; it’s a practical, shareable safety tool designed for real-world chaos and fragmented care.
