CrisisDrill

CrisisDrill is a web + mobile app for running realistic, measurable incident-response exercises without hiring expensive consultants. Teams schedule drills (active shooter, cyber outage, severe weather, bomb threat), push timed injects to specific roles, and capture acknowledgements, decisions, and handoffs in a structured timeline. The app produces an after-action report automatically: who responded, where delays happened, which procedures were skipped, and which contact paths failed. It also tracks corrective actions with owners and due dates so lessons don’t die in a PDF. This is not a “panic button” app; it’s a readiness and accountability tool that makes organizations confront ugly truths before a real crisis. Expect pushback internally—people hate being measured—so the product must be simple, defensible, and focused on outcomes rather than flashy dashboards.
