CrisisRelay

CrisisRelay is a mobile + web app that turns a person’s crisis plan into a one-tap “relay” to the right humans, fast. Users pre-build a short plan when they’re calm: warning signs, what helps, what makes it worse, meds/allergies, preferred hospital, emergency contacts, and a consent-based sharing list. In a crisis, they tap a single button to send a structured alert (not a vague text) to chosen supporters and, if enabled, a local non-emergency line or crisis line. Supporters receive a guided checklist: what to say, what not to say, how to verify location, and when to escalate. The app also logs a timeline of actions taken to reduce confusion and duplicated effort. It’s a traditional app with light AI for message drafting and supporter coaching, but it avoids pretending to be a therapist or replacing emergency services.
