CrisisRoom

CrisisRoom is a serious, scenario-based simulation game for workplace incident response (cyber breach, PR scandal, safety incident, supply-chain disruption). Teams play timed rounds where they must choose actions, allocate limited resources, and communicate updates as new information drops. The app scores outcomes across cost, time-to-contain, legal exposure, customer impact, and reputational damage, then generates an after-action report with what to improve next time. It’s built for repeatable training: scenarios can be replayed with different roles (incident commander, legal, comms, ops) and difficulty levels. This is a web app with optional mobile companion for notifications and role prompts. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps generate realistic injects, debriefs, and role-specific feedback, but the core scoring model is deterministic so it doesn’t hallucinate “training truths.”
