CrisisRoster

CrisisRoster is a web + mobile business continuity app that keeps an always-current, verified roster of critical people, vendors, and recovery tasks—without relying on a single communication channel. It automates quarterly “availability drills” (one-tap confirmations via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and voice) to validate contact methods, on-call coverage, and time-to-respond. During an incident, it generates a live “who’s reachable now” map, escalates by role (not just person), and logs acknowledgements for audit. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace full GRC suites or complex runbook systems; it focuses on the most common failure in continuity plans—stale contacts and unclear ownership. Lightweight integrations pull org charts and on-call schedules, while offline-capable mobile access supports field teams when networks are unreliable.
