CriticCut is a mobile + web AI app that helps people catch and rewrite their inner critic in real time—without pretending life is perfect. You log a raw thought (“I’m a failure”), pick the situation (work, body, relationships), and the app generates 3 grounded rewrites: compassionate, neutral, and action-focused. It also asks one short “evidence check” question to prevent fluffy affirmations. Over time, it builds a personal “reframe library” you can search by trigger and mood, plus a 60-second daily drill that trains faster self-correction. The app is brutally practical: it tracks which reframes actually reduce distress (quick 1–10 rating), and it stops suggesting styles that don’t work for you. It’s not therapy, but it’s a consistent tool for people who spiral and need a structured way to interrupt the loop.
