CriticLedger is a mobile + web AI app that treats self-talk like spending: you log “critic episodes” in under 10 seconds, categorize the trigger (work, body, relationships), and record the exact phrase your mind used. The app then generates a short, non-cheesy counterstatement and a micro-action (e.g., send one email, take a 2-minute walk) to break the loop. Weekly reports show your top triggers, time-of-day patterns, and which reframes actually reduce recurrence. It also includes a “Reality Check” mode: you rate evidence for/against the thought, and the app forces specificity (no vague affirmations). This is not therapy, and it won’t magically fix deep trauma; it’s a practical self-monitoring tool that helps users notice patterns and reduce frequency over time with measurable feedback.
