CrocLog

CrocLog is a mobile + web field app for wildlife rangers, park staff, and researchers to log crocodilian sightings, nests, conflict incidents, and removals with consistent data. It works offline in remote wetlands, captures GPS tracks, photos, and standardized incident forms, then syncs to a dashboard that generates heatmaps, seasonal trend reports, and simple risk alerts for high-incident zones. An AI component auto-tags photos (species/size class, nesting vs. basking), flags duplicate reports, and drafts weekly summaries for stakeholders. This is not a consumer “learn about crocodiles” app; it’s a practical operations tool to reduce paperwork, improve response times, and create defensible records for audits and funding. Monetization is B2B/B2G subscriptions per team plus paid onboarding and data migration.
