CrowdClash is a mobile + web app for real-time, venue-synced sports trivia and mini-games that run during live games (in-stadium or at watch parties). Instead of generic quizzes, questions trigger off real events: “Who assisted that goal?”, “Was that a 2 or 3?”, “Next pitch type?” Fans answer in short timed windows, earn points, and compete in sections, friend groups, or venue-wide leaderboards. Venues and teams get a lightweight control panel to schedule game templates, sponsor questions, and push rewards (discount codes, seat upgrades, merch raffles). The app focuses on reliability and low-friction participation: QR join, no account required to play, and latency-tolerant scoring so it still works on crowded networks. It’s not trying to replace betting; it’s a safer, brand-friendly engagement layer that teams can sell to sponsors and use to keep fans in seats longer.
