CrowdLedger

CrowdLedger is a mobile + web app for venues and event producers to manage real-time capacity, entries/exits, and incident logs with defensible records. Staff scan tickets or wristbands at every access point, and the system maintains a live occupancy count by zone (floor, balcony, VIP). If something goes wrong, supervisors can log incidents with timestamps, photos, and staff notes, producing an exportable “event ledger” for insurance, compliance, and internal review. It’s not glamorous, but it targets a problem venues actually pay for: avoiding fines, shutdowns, and liability from overcrowding and poor documentation. The AI component is limited and practical: it auto-summarizes incident logs and flags anomalies (e.g., repeated re-entries, sudden surges at one door) rather than trying to “predict crowds” with unreliable magic. Monetization is per-venue SaaS with per-event add-ons.
