CrowdPulse
CrowdPulse is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard for organizers) that shows real-time crowd density, line wait estimates, and “vibe” signals across a festival map. Attendees get practical guidance: which entrance is fastest, which bar has the shortest line, where the sound bleed is worst, and when a stage is approaching unsafe congestion. The data comes from opt-in, privacy-preserving phone sensors (coarse location + motion), quick one-tap user reports, and optional organizer inputs (gate counters, schedule changes). It’s not magic: accuracy will be best at larger festivals with enough users, and weaker at small events. The product focuses on being useful even with imperfect data by showing confidence levels and offering simple alternatives (“go to Gate B,” “use the east restroom block”). Monetization is B2B: festivals pay for the organizer dashboard and safety/ops alerts; attendees use it free.
