CrowdPulse is a mobile + web app that gives festival and event-goers real-time, ground-truth information: queue times, bathroom lines, bar waits, stage crowd density, sound issues, and “is it worth moving?” alerts. Users submit quick taps (e.g., “Gate A: 25–35 min”) or auto-sensed signals (optional) and earn perks like in-app status, raffles, or partner discounts. A lightweight AI layer detects spam, merges duplicate reports, and predicts near-future congestion based on incoming updates. The app focuses on being useful even with partial adoption by prioritizing a few high-friction metrics and showing confidence levels. Organizers can optionally buy an operations dashboard to spot bottlenecks, but the consumer app must stand alone. This is not a ticketing platform; it’s a situational awareness tool for chaotic venues.
