CrowdPulse is a web + mobile AI-assisted crowd management app for venues and event operators who need real-time visibility into congestion and safer movement. It ingests existing data sources (Wi‑Fi access point counts, Bluetooth beacons, turnstiles, ticket scans, and optional CCTV metadata) to estimate density by zone and predict where queues or crush points will form in the next 10–20 minutes. Operators get a live floor map, risk scores, and recommended interventions (open gates, reroute signage, stagger entry, deploy staff). It also generates post-event reports showing peak density, dwell times, and the impact of actions taken—useful for compliance, insurance, and improving future layouts. This is not “magic computer vision”; it’s pragmatic forecasting using the sensors venues already have, with clear confidence levels and manual override controls for on-the-ground supervisors.
