CruiseRoster is a mobile + web app for organizing car meets with real attendance, clearer rules, and less chaos. Hosts create events with capacity limits, location release windows (to reduce unwanted crowds), and a simple code-of-conduct. Attendees RSVP with lightweight verification (phone + optional license plate/club membership) and get a QR check-in at arrival. The app provides a live headcount, parking zone assignments, and push alerts for changes, weather, or police presence. A post-meet recap lets hosts share approved photos, tag vendors, and collect incident reports without turning the community into a snitch-fest. Monetization is straightforward: host subscriptions for advanced controls, vendor listings, and optional paid “featured meets.” This won’t magically stop bad actors, but it can meaningfully reduce disorganization and make legit meets easier to run.
