CueBeacon

CueBeacon is a mobile + web app for teachers to run consistent, low-friction attention signals without yelling or fiddling with tech. Teachers choose a small set of visual and audio cues (chime, call-and-response text, on-screen timer flash) and trigger them from their phone, smartwatch, or a simple web dashboard projected on the classroom screen. The app tracks which cues work best by time of day and class period, using quick one-tap “worked / didn’t” feedback so it doesn’t become another chore. It also supports silent cues for noise-sensitive rooms: screen color shifts, subtle vibration on a paired device, and a “freeze and focus” countdown. This is a traditional app with light AI: it recommends the best cue sequence and timing based on past outcomes, but it doesn’t pretend to ‘understand’ your classroom. Setup is under 5 minutes and works even with spotty Wi‑Fi via offline mode.
