CueCanvas is a web + mobile app for small circuses and variety shows to manage run-of-show, cues, props, and safety notes in one place. It replaces scattered Google Docs, WhatsApp threads, and paper cue sheets with a single timeline that stage managers, techs, and performers can actually follow. Build a show by acts, attach music tracks, lighting/sound cues, prop checklists, and quick-change notes, then push updates instantly to everyone. Offline mode is essential because venues and tents often have unreliable connectivity. The app also logs “what changed” so touring teams don’t lose track between cities. This is not glamorous; it’s operational plumbing. The value is fewer missed cues, fewer lost props, and less rehearsal time wasted arguing over the latest version of the plan.
