CueClause
CueClause is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps indie labels, composers, and music supervisors create, negotiate, and track sync licenses without drowning in email threads and inconsistent paperwork. Users pick a deal template (TV, trailer, UGC, podcast, ads), fill in key terms, and the system generates a clean license plus a one-page deal memo. It also tracks approvals, version history, and deliverables (stems, alt mixes, metadata) in a single shareable link. An AI assistant can suggest clause language, flag missing rights (publishing vs master), and detect risky terms like “in perpetuity” or broad MFN. This won’t replace lawyers for complex deals, but it cuts the repetitive work that slows down small-to-mid sync transactions and causes preventable mistakes.
