CueClear
CueClear is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps indie labels, publishers, and composers prep “sync-ready” catalogs by detecting missing rights data, split conflicts, and clearance blockers before a music supervisor ever asks. It ingests track metadata (ISRC/ISWC, writers, publishers, PRO, samples, re-record restrictions) and generates a one-page clearance sheet plus a shareable link for each track. An AI layer flags risky language in agreements, predicts likely clearance delays, and suggests the minimum info needed to close a deal. This is not a marketplace; it’s a workflow tool that reduces back-and-forth emails and embarrassing “we can’t clear that” moments. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations and trust: if the data is wrong, the product is useless. The MVP should focus on small catalogs that are actively pitching sync, not enterprise catalogs.
