CueCrowd is a mobile + web app for performance artists who rely on audience participation (prompts, voting, call-and-response, timed actions). It lets you design a “cue script” with branching choices, then deliver cues to the audience in real time via a lightweight web join link (no install required for attendees). The performer dashboard shows live participation rates, vote tallies, and a confidence indicator for whether the room is following along. It also includes a rehearsal mode to test timing and a post-show report to learn what worked. This is not glamorous: it’s a practical control layer for interactive performance that reduces missed cues, awkward dead air, and unreliable ad‑hoc tools (QR polls, slides, multiple apps). Monetization is straightforward: per-show pricing for small artists and subscriptions for venues/festivals.
