CueLedger
CueLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for independent composers, producers, and small catalogs to track sync placements and expected royalties across PROs, publishers, and distributors. Users log a placement once (show, episode, territory, usage type, cue sheet details) and the app generates a royalty forecast, reminders for missing cue sheets, and a reconciliation view when statements arrive. It flags common leakage points: mismatched writer splits, missing IPI/CAE numbers, incorrect work titles, and late cue sheet submissions. It also produces shareable “rights packets” for supervisors and music libraries: clean metadata, split sheets, and contact info. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for parsing PDFs/statements and extracting cue sheet fields, but it does not pretend to magically “find all your royalties.” It’s a pragmatic bookkeeping and reconciliation tool built for messy real-world data.
