CuePilot

CuePilot is a web + tablet mobile app for small theaters and touring productions to run lighting, sound, projections, and backstage cues from one shared cue sheet. It replaces messy spreadsheets, walkie chaos, and last-minute text threads with a timed, version-controlled run-of-show that everyone can follow. The stage manager (or director) builds cues in a simple timeline, assigns departments, and pushes a “standby/go” feed to crew devices. Offline mode keeps the show running even when venue Wi‑Fi is terrible. After each performance, CuePilot generates a clean performance report (missed cues, delays, notes) so teams improve quickly. This is not trying to be Broadway-grade automation; it’s a practical, affordable coordination tool for the 95% of productions that can’t justify QLab operators, dedicated SM teams, or custom hardware.
