CueSnap is a live production run-of-show and cue-calling app that keeps directors, stage managers, and operators aligned when things inevitably change. It’s a web app plus mobile companion (iOS/Android) built for show-day reality: last-minute script edits, swapped speakers, delayed segments, and missed cues. Teams build a rundown with timed blocks, cue lists (video, audio, lights, graphics), and responsibilities per role. During the show, the caller runs a “live mode” that advances cues, logs what actually happened, and pushes instant updates to each department. It also creates a clean post-show report: timing deltas, late cues, and notes for the next rehearsal. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps convert scripts/Google Docs into rundowns and suggests cue breakdowns, but the core value is reliable, low-latency coordination.
