CueStream

CueStream is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) that gives small live-stream teams a broadcast-style rundown, cueing, and timing system without needing a full control-room stack. You build a show: segments, speakers, lower-thirds, media clips, sponsor reads, and hard time limits. During the live stream, a producer runs the show from a “stage manager” view with big timers, next-up cues, and one-click callouts to on-screen talent. Talent gets a clean “talent view” on phone/tablet showing current segment, remaining time, and upcoming talking points—no messy group chats. It integrates with OBS via a lightweight plugin/websocket to trigger scene changes and display a simple on-screen countdown or “wrap” indicator. This is not glamorous; it’s operational plumbing that reduces dead air, overruns, and chaotic handoffs for creators who stream regularly.
