CueWeaver

CueWeaver is a show-control web app for immersive theater teams to plan, rehearse, and run branching, location-based performances. It combines a timeline cue system (audio, lighting notes, actor prompts) with “audience state” tracking so stage managers can trigger the right beats when groups split, rejoin, or fall behind. During the show, operators get a live dashboard showing where each audience cohort is, what scene they’re in, and which cues are safe to fire. Performers can receive discreet prompts on their phones or smartwatches (vibration + short text), reducing reliance on radios that break immersion. After each run, the app generates a post-show report: cue timing drift, bottlenecks, and missed handoffs. This is not a magical replacement for good production management—it’s a practical tool to reduce human error in complex, multi-path shows.
