CullCraft

CullCraft is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps pig producers decide which sows and finishers to keep, treat, or cull based on simple inputs they already track: parity, litter performance, returns-to-estrus, treatments, lameness notes, mortality, and growth checks. The reality: many farms either cull too late (bleeding feed and labor) or too early (throwing away productive genetics) because the data is scattered across whiteboards, spreadsheets, and memory. CullCraft centralizes quick pen-side logging, then uses an AI model to propose a ranked cull list with clear reasons and expected financial impact (feed days saved, projected piglets weaned, and risk flags). It also generates a weekly “action sheet” for staff and a manager dashboard showing trends by barn, line, and caretaker. It’s not magic—garbage data will limit results—but it makes decisions more consistent and auditable.
