CultureCue is an AI-assisted web + mobile app that reviews your real messages (email, Slack/Teams drafts, DMs) for cross-cultural risk: tone, directness, hierarchy cues, disagreement style, and taboo phrasing. You pick the recipient’s culture context (or company profile), your intent (request, feedback, apology, negotiation), and the channel. It then flags likely misreads (“too blunt for Japan,” “too vague for Germany”), suggests 2–3 rewrites with different warmth/directness levels, and explains the tradeoffs in plain language. A “Dialogue Coach” mode helps you prepare for live conversations with a short agenda, safe openers, and culturally appropriate ways to disagree. Teams can create internal playbooks (e.g., “How we give feedback in our org”) so advice matches company norms, not stereotypes. The goal is fewer awkward escalations and faster trust-building in global work.
