CultureKit

CultureKit is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion that helps distributed teams work inclusively across cultures, time zones, and communication norms. It provides short, scenario-based “micro-guides” for common workplace moments (feedback, meetings, disagreement, deadlines), tailored by country/region, role, and team preferences. Teams create a shared “Working Agreements” page (meeting etiquette, response-time norms, holidays, language preferences) that plugs into Slack/Teams and calendars. It also flags risky phrasing in messages (overly idiomatic, ambiguous, culturally loaded) and suggests clearer alternatives—useful for non-native speakers and mixed teams. This is an AI + traditional app: AI generates and rewrites guidance, but human-curated templates and sources keep it grounded. The goal is fewer misunderstandings, faster onboarding, and a more inclusive day-to-day experience without turning inclusion into a compliance checklist.
