CultureOps

CultureOps is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps teams convert vague values into repeatable behaviors, then run them like an operating cadence. Leaders define 5–10 “behavior plays” (e.g., how decisions are made, meeting norms, feedback rules) and assign an owner, examples, and “done” criteria. The app schedules short weekly check-ins and micro-retros where teams rate adherence, log concrete examples, and flag friction points. It produces a simple Culture Health dashboard that ties behaviors to leading indicators (retention risk signals, onboarding ramp time, incident postmortem themes) without pretending culture is perfectly measurable. It’s brutally practical: fewer surveys, more observable commitments. If you can’t name the behavior, the app won’t let you track it. Designed for distributed/hybrid orgs that keep rewriting norms and need consistency without bureaucracy.
