CultureProof is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that helps organizations verify whether their stated values actually show up in day-to-day work. Instead of vague surveys, it captures lightweight, recurring “behavior check-ins” tied to real moments: decision reviews, meeting norms, feedback quality, and recognition. Teams pick 3–5 behaviors per value, then the app prompts short weekly pulses and optional anonymous examples (“what happened, what should change”). An AI layer clusters themes, flags contradictions (e.g., “ownership” value but frequent blame language), and generates a monthly culture brief with concrete recommendations and sample manager scripts. Leaders get trend dashboards by org, location, and role, while employees see what changed because of their input. It’s intentionally narrow: measure behaviors, not feelings, and make follow-through visible.
