CultureProof is a web + mobile app that helps job seekers and employees validate a company’s real day-to-day culture using structured, anonymous micro-reviews tied to specific teams, locations, and time windows. Instead of vague star ratings, users answer short, standardized prompts (meeting load, manager quality, psychological safety, on-call intensity, promotion clarity, burnout signals) and can attach “receipts” like redacted schedules, policy excerpts, or anonymized screenshots that are automatically scrubbed for identifiers. An AI layer summarizes patterns and flags likely PR manipulation, astroturfing, or unusually polarized teams. The app focuses on actionable comparisons: “Marketing at Company X in NYC vs. Austin” and “Post-reorg trendline.” Employers can claim profiles and respond, but cannot delete content—only add context and policy updates. The product is realistic: it won’t predict your exact experience, but it will reduce blind risk and help people avoid culture bait-and-switch.
