CulturePulse is a web + mobile app (teacher web dashboard, student mobile/web check-ins) that helps teachers detect and improve classroom culture using ultra-short weekly pulses. Students answer 3–5 anonymous questions (belonging, safety, respect, fairness) plus an optional “something to tell you” note. The app turns results into a simple risk map (e.g., rising conflict, exclusion, disengagement) and suggests small, evidence-based routines (circle prompts, norm resets, seating tweaks) that fit into 5 minutes. It also tracks whether interventions correlate with improved pulse scores over time, so teachers can stop guessing. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes open-text themes and drafts teacher-ready language for restorative conversations, but the core value is fast measurement and trend visibility. It’s designed to be realistic for busy teachers: minimal setup, no long surveys, no complicated SEL curriculum.
