CuppaRecall is a mobile + web app that helps independent cafes and small roasters catch supplier recalls, allergen updates, and food-safety notices before they become expensive incidents. It connects to your suppliers via email forwarding and supported distributor portals, then normalizes notices into a single dashboard with clear actions: pull product, update allergen signage, notify staff, and document disposal/returns. The app generates a time-stamped incident log (who acknowledged what, when), printable back-of-house notices, and a quick “what’s affected” search by SKU, lot, and delivery date. It also includes a lightweight weekly compliance checklist (temps, cleaning, grinder calibration notes) so owners can show a consistent paper trail during inspections. This is not a consumer coffee app; it’s boring operational risk reduction for small operators who currently rely on messy inbox searches and memory.
