CupScribe is a web + mobile app that helps small-to-mid tournament organizers run cleaner events with far less admin work. It combines a lightweight tournament hub (teams, fixtures, venues, rules, contacts) with AI-assisted communications: instant match-day schedules, weather/venue change alerts, ready-to-send emails/SMS, and standardized documents (rules PDFs, waiver packets, referee briefs). The realistic value is not “magic brackets”—it’s reducing the constant back-and-forth that burns volunteers and causes confusion. Organizers can import teams from CSV, publish a shareable public page, and push updates to coaches and parents without rebuilding the same messages every weekend. It’s built for tournaments and cups that don’t have full-time staff and routinely get overwhelmed by last-minute changes. Monetization: per-tournament fee or seasonal subscription with messaging add-ons.
