CurbCart is a mobile + web app that helps secondhand furniture sellers coordinate pickup, payment, and proof-of-condition in one flow. You create a listing, choose pickup windows, and the app generates a simple “handoff checklist” (photos, dimensions, stairs/elevator notes, disassembly needs). Buyers reserve a slot with a small refundable deposit, get automated directions + parking notes, and confirm arrival via geofence. At handoff, both parties complete a quick condition confirmation and release payment. If a buyer no-shows, the seller keeps part of the deposit; if the item is misrepresented, the buyer can dispute with timestamped photos. This isn’t a marketplace trying to replace Facebook Marketplace—it’s the missing logistics layer that reduces ghosting, endless messaging, and unsafe meetups for large items.
