CurbClaim
CurbClaim helps cities and districts manage curbside public space (loading, pickups, parklets, micromobility, ADA access) with lightweight digital permits and real-time compliance. Instead of expensive sensors everywhere, it starts with QR-coded curb signs and a simple workflow: define curb zones, set time rules, issue permits to businesses/events, and let field staff or community stewards verify usage by scanning. The app builds a live “curb calendar” so conflicts (delivery vs. rideshare vs. outdoor dining) are visible before they become street fights. It also generates evidence: scan logs, photos, and violation patterns that justify redesign or enforcement changes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps auto-classify photos (blocked ramp, double-parked, scooter pile) and summarize hotspots for planners. It’s realistic because it works even with minimal hardware and can be piloted block-by-block.
