Staff get a simple dispatch board that batches orders by proximity, promised time, and item type (ambient/chilled/oversize), then assigns runners with clear handoff steps. The system flags likely late arrivals and no-shows based on historical patterns and sends automated nudges to reschedule or convert to locker/next-day pickup. It integrates with common POS/OMS via lightweight APIs and works even when stores have minimal hardware—just phones and a browser.
