CurbLedger

CurbLedger is a web + mobile app for cities and consultants to measure and manage curbside space (loading, ride-hail, parking, bike corrals, parklets) using lightweight field data. Staff or contractors run quick “curb audits” with timed observations, photo evidence, and standardized issue tags (double-parking, blocked bike lane, delivery dwell time). The app turns messy notes into defensible metrics and simple before/after reports that help win internal approvals and public meetings. It also supports temporary pilots: define a curb regulation change, set the evaluation plan, and compare outcomes over weeks. This is not a full simulation platform; it’s a practical measurement and documentation tool that fits small budgets and limited staff capacity. AI is used only to speed up photo tagging and summarize findings, not to replace engineering judgment.
