CurbLedger
CurbLedger is a web + mobile app for cities to inventory, price, and enforce curb uses (loading, rideshare pickup, micromobility parking, bus zones, short-term parking) from one place. Most curb management today is a messy patchwork of spreadsheets, outdated GIS layers, and vendor-specific enforcement tools that don’t talk to each other. This app creates a single “source of truth” curb map, lets staff set rules by time-of-day, and publishes a public-facing API/feeds for navigation, delivery, and micromobility operators. It also provides simple analytics: occupancy proxies from enforcement scans, violation hotspots, and revenue by blockface. This is not magic: it won’t perfectly measure occupancy without sensors, but it will drastically reduce operational chaos and make curb policy changes faster to implement and communicate.
