CurbPilot
CurbPilot is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for delivery drivers and small fleets to reserve short-term curbside loading zones and avoid tickets, double-parking, and wasted circling. It aggregates city curb rules, time-of-day restrictions, and known loading areas, then lets drivers request a 10–20 minute “slot” near a destination. Where cities don’t support reservations, it switches to a realistic mode: best-odds recommendations, walking-distance tradeoffs, and compliance guidance (what’s legal right now, and what isn’t). For building managers and retailers, it offers optional “private curb” scheduling—think a shared loading bay calendar for tenants and vendors. The AI layer predicts curb availability by time, neighborhood, and event patterns, and flags high-risk stops where drivers commonly get citations. The goal is simple: fewer tickets, faster stops, and less congestion caused by last-mile vehicles hunting for space.
