CurbPulse

CurbPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted curbside availability app for delivery drivers, tradespeople, and gig workers who waste time (and tickets) hunting for legal stopping space. It combines city curb regulations (loading zones, time windows, street sweeping, hydrants) with real-time signals from users: quick “spot open/closed” taps, passive GPS stop detection, and optional dashcam/phone camera snapshots. The app predicts the best curb options near a destination, suggests a compliant time window, and warns when you’re likely to get ticketed based on local enforcement patterns. It also generates a “proof log” (timestamp, location, curb rule) to dispute tickets when you were compliant. This is not a magic ‘always-available parking’ app—coverage will be patchy at first. The MVP should focus on 1–3 dense neighborhoods where curb demand is brutal and users will contribute data.
