CurbPulse
CurbPulse helps cities and large property owners understand how curb space is actually used—deliveries, ride-hail, parking, loading, micromobility—so they can reduce double-parking, idling, and traffic churn. It combines quick field audits (staff or contractors using a phone) with optional integrations from existing sources (parking meters, enforcement logs, 311, and limited camera feeds where legally allowed). The app turns messy curb activity into simple dashboards: peak loading conflicts, block-by-block dwell times, violation hotspots, and “what-if” scenarios (e.g., convert 2 parking spots to loading 10am–2pm). It outputs defensible before/after reports for pilots, grants, and council meetings. This is not a magic ‘smart city’ platform; it’s a focused tool to run curb experiments cheaply, document results, and iterate policies without multi-year procurement.
