CurbPulse

CurbPulse is a web + mobile app for cities and parking operators to manage commercial loading zones and curbside pickup in real time. Instead of guessing where trucks, couriers, and gig drivers will stop, the city designates digital curb segments with time windows, vehicle rules, and pricing. Drivers reserve a 10–30 minute slot, get turn-by-turn guidance to the exact curb segment, and check in via geofence/QR. Enforcement gets a live dashboard showing active reservations, overstays, and repeat offenders, reducing double-parking that causes bottlenecks. The AI component forecasts peak curb demand by block and suggests dynamic rules (e.g., convert a few parking spaces to loading 7–11am). This is not a consumer traffic app; it’s operational software that targets a specific, measurable congestion source: illegal stopping and unmanaged curb demand.
