CurbPulse
CurbPulse helps cities and districts understand how curb space is actually used—loading, ride-hail pickup, deliveries, parking, bus stops—without expensive hardware rollouts. It’s a mobile + web app where field staff (or contracted auditors) quickly log curb activity with time-stamped observations, photos, and standardized categories. The web dashboard turns those observations into simple, defensible metrics: peak loading demand, double-parking hotspots, turnover, and compliance by block face. An AI layer can auto-tag photos (truck vs car, delivery vs passenger pickup) and flag inconsistent entries, but the core value is structured data collection and reporting that transportation teams can act on. Exportable reports support quick pilots (loading zones, time restrictions, pricing) and help justify changes to stakeholders. This is not a “smart city” fantasy—it's a pragmatic workflow tool for teams that currently rely on anecdotes and spreadsheets.
