CurbPulse is a web + mobile app for cities and fleet operators that turns messy curb rules into live, enforceable curb availability. It combines permit data, street regulations, delivery windows, construction closures, and real-time occupancy signals (from existing cameras/sensors where available, plus driver check-ins) to predict where a vehicle can legally stop right now. Drivers get turn-by-turn guidance to the nearest compliant loading zone and a countdown timer for allowed dwell time. City staff get a dashboard showing chronic double-parking hotspots, rule conflicts, and revenue leakage from underpriced or mis-timed curb permits. This is not a “smart city moonshot”—it’s a practical layer that sits on top of existing GIS/permit systems and improves compliance and traffic flow without requiring new hardware everywhere. It’s a combination traditional + AI app (AI for prediction, anomaly detection, and rule normalization).
