CurbPulse

CurbPulse helps cities and commercial districts reduce double-parking and delivery gridlock by managing curb space as a schedulable resource. Carriers, gig drivers, and local businesses reserve short loading windows at specific curb zones, with live availability and simple rules (vehicle type, max dwell time, hours). The city or district sets pricing, enforcement thresholds, and priority tiers (e.g., ADA, emergency, transit). Drivers get turn-by-turn guidance to the correct curb segment and a one-tap “arrived/left” flow; businesses can pre-book for expected shipments. The platform produces heatmaps of curb demand, dwell-time compliance, and “blockage risk” to justify re-striping, time-of-day rules, or adding micro-loading zones. This is not magic: it won’t eliminate congestion citywide, but it can measurably reduce the worst localized bottlenecks caused by unmanaged curb usage.
