CurbScan

CurbScan is a mobile + web geospatial field-audit tool for cities and contractors to inventory curb ramps, sidewalks, and crossings with defensible measurements. Crews capture geotagged photos, short LiDAR/AR scans (where supported), slope/grade estimates, and obstruction notes, then the web dashboard turns it into a prioritized remediation map and exportable compliance reports. The goal is not “perfect engineering-grade surveying” (that’s expensive and slow), but consistent, repeatable documentation that stands up to internal review and reduces rework. It includes offline collection, automatic QA flags (missing angles, blurry photos, GPS drift), and simple work-order handoff to maintenance teams. Pricing is per seat + per jurisdiction area, aimed at replacing spreadsheets, paper forms, and ad-hoc GIS edits with a single workflow that non-GIS staff can actually use.
